We’re looking for a Senior Strategist.
Someone who can think big, move fast, and make it all make sense.
You’ll work across everything from scrappy campaigns to brand-defining strategy.
The type of work that actually gets made, and makes real people care. We need someone who can bring clarity. Who’s equal parts fresh thinker and pragmatic planner. Who can find the tension, tell the story, and back their thinking when it counts. Who doesn’t just point out problems, but finds a way through them.
You’ll:
• Lead strategy across brands, campaigns and pitches.
• Work closely with our Head of Strategy, creatives and client service to make the work sharper, clearer, better.
• Turn insights into real work, not just slides.
• Understand the commercial side of the work - and the value of creativity in it.
• Be comfortable working in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
You’ll need:
• Solid experience in a strategy role at a creative or brand agency.
• The ability to think deeply, talk simply, and present clearly.
• A track record of work that’s both smart and effective.
• An appetite to do things differently and break new ground.
