Producer

This Producer role combines agency-side production responsibilities with hands-on production-company delivery.
You will manage end-to-end production for a range of projects — TV, social, digital, experiential and stills.

Job Description:

Translate briefs and scripts into practical production plans, schedules and budgets.

Source, brief and engage vendors. Negotiate fees and manage contracts.

Lead casting and talent negotiations; manage clearances and contracts with agents.

Secure locations, permits and production insurance; complete health & safety planning and risk assessments for shoots.

Produce production paperwork: call sheets, shot lists, release forms, location agreements and crew contracts.

Run shoots on set or on location as required; oversee logistics, crew coordination, transport, accommodation and on-site H&S compliance.

Monitor and report budget spend and schedule status; manage changes to scope and mitigate risks.

Oversee post-production workflow: editing, grading, sound design, VFX, music licensing, asset formatting and delivery.

Manage the actioning of approvals, feedback and final delivery sign-offs, ensuring correct formats and compliance with broadcast standards.

Maintain accurate production records, reconciliations and expense reporting; contribute to process improvements and production templates.

What we’re looking for:

5+ years’ production experience in an agency and/or production company environment.

Proven track record producing broadcast, social, digital and stills campaigns from brief to delivery.

Strong budgeting and commercial management skills; able to build and manage complex production budgets and reconciliations.

Excellent organisational and project-management ability; capable of managing multiple concurrent projects and shifting priorities.

Confident negotiator with experience managing suppliers, talent agents and contracts.

Practical technical knowledge of production and post-production workflows including file management and delivery specs.

Clear, calm communicator with strong interpersonal skills; able to liaise with creatives, clients, directors and technical teams.

Right to work in New Zealand.

Content Specialist

We’re looking for a skilled Content Specialist who can turn ideas into polished, social-first content - whether that’s video, motion, or static design.

This role is about making. You’ll be involved from idea through to execution, working across short-form video, animated content, and static assets like ads, carousels, and layouts. Video will be a big part of the job, but not the only part - we want someone with a solid visual eye who’s comfortable moving between formats.

You’ll work closely with our creative and production teams, helping shape content that’s designed for how people actually consume it.

Job Description:

Contribute to content ideas and executions designed for social and digital platforms

Stay across current trends, formats, and behaviours on channels like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.

Edit existing footage into finished assets for social and digital use

Create motion graphics, animated text, and light VFX where appropriate

Design static assets such as ads, carousels, and simple layouts (typography-led, not brand bibles)

Shoot content using basic camera equipment when required

Occasionally leverage AI production tools to support or speed up workflows

Collaborate with our creative, strategy, and production teams to bring ideas to life

Solve problems as you go - finding smart, practical ways to make strong work, even when things change or timelines are tight

What we’re looking for:

Experience creating content for social or digital platforms (agency or in-house)

Strong skills in video editing and competent with simple motion/GFX

Comfortable creating simple static designs and layouts for digital use

Experience with tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar

A good sense of visual storytelling, timing, and typography

Comfortable shooting content

Curious about new formats, tools, and workflows (including AI)

Proactive, solutions-focused, and able to work independently when needed

A collaborative mindset - you’re good with feedback and enjoy working as part of a team

Experience working on fast-turnaround or high-volume content

Familiarity with platform specs and best practices

A basic understanding of how digital content is used in paid media
