Office Administration & Front of House

We’re an independent, creative advertising agency working with local and international brands. Our talented team work across disciplines, producing bold, impactful work for top notch clients.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Office Administrator & Front of House to be the welcoming face and organisational heartbeat of our agency. In this pivotal role, you’ll manage our daily operations smoothly, ensuring our teams can do their best work without skipping a beat.

What You’ll Do:

-Warmly greet visitors, clients, and team members, creating a friendly first impression.

-Manage front-of-house reception duties, including phone calls, couriers, and incoming/outgoing mail.

-Maintain a tidy, welcoming, and well-stocked office environment.

-Provide administrative support across departments, assisting with calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling ad-hoc tasks.

-Organise internal events, meetings, and team activities.

-Organise and facilitate social events for the team.

-Help manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors.

Who You Are:

-Naturally organised with strong attention to detail.

-A friendly, outgoing personality who enjoys working with people.

-Proactive problem-solver with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.

-Comfortable working independently and taking initiative.

-Prior experience in office administration or reception roles preferred but not essential—we’ll train the right person.

Account Director / SAM

We are looking for an Account Director or Senior Account Manager to join our world-class, tight-knit, ambitious team based in Tāmaki Makaurau.

We’re looking for someone who has proven ability to build strong, respectful relationships with both clients, other agency partners, and our internal team. You will be passionate, hard to fluster, and a team player. You will seek to provide the team clarity, and won’t get stuck in the weeds - keeping one eye on the bigger picture. Solutions orientated and self-motivated, you will want to create work that breaks boundaries, exceeds expectations, and creates positive change. Top notch communication and project management skills a given.

The role will include involvement in managing key existing clients across both public and private sector, as well as pitching for new ones. As a fully integrated independent agency, you will gain both creative and media side exposure, as well as production if desired. Must have 2 or 3 years relevant experience. Experience in a creative agency preferred, but media or similar background also considered. Strategy experience a bonus.

The position is open to any type of creative, but it is more likely to suit someone who leans toward ideation and copywriting - rather than art direction.
