The K'Rd Business Association needed to remind people that the street was open for business after a long year of lockdown. So naturally, we took the internet's worst real reviews of Karangahape Road and put them out there for the world to see.
An out of home campaign that repurposes the best of the worst, a series of real online reviews juxtaposed with a series of portraits capturing the iconic people, places and energy of Karangahape Road. Bad Reviews is a celebration of the streets' beautiful imperfections, idiosyncratic character and proverbial middle finger to all those who asked to speak with the manager.
